How to Locate your Bikes Serial Number
1. Why Is the Serial Number Important?
The serial number is a unique identifier for your Blix bike. It is required for:

*Contacting Blix support for troubleshooting or repairs.
2. Where to Find the Serial Number
The serial number is typically located in one of the following areas on your Blix bike:

Near the Bottom Bracket:-
The bottom bracket is the part of the frame where the pedals attach.

Turn your bike upside down or use a flashlight to locate the serial number stamped on the frame.

Example: Look for a combination of letters and numbers, often starting with “US.”

On the Rear Dropout:-
The rear dropout is where the rear wheel attaches to the frame.

Check the metal area near the rear wheel axle for the serial number.

On the Head Tube:-
The head tube is the part of the frame where the handlebars connect.

Some Blix bikes may have the serial number stamped here.

3. Step-by-Step Instructions with Images

4.) If this is a newer bike or you still have the box, you will find the serial number on the box, in the barcode area where it says "frame" or "frame no.":
5.) Bikes purchased prior to 2019 may have their serial numbers stamped on the frame near the front fork. Some of these bikes also have serial numbers starting with AU, ON, or BA, depending on the manufacturing factory.

If the serial number is hard to read due to dirt, rust, or wear:
