21; Electric Current Error |
Check to see if motor cable is connected properly or has been damaged. If there is no damage, take the controller and plug directly into the motor, bypassing the motor cable. If error code persist, test with new controller. If issue persists, test with new motor core. |
22; Throttle Error |
Blix Bike may have been turned on while throttle was applied. Turn bike off, make sure throttle is in off position, turn back on. If it doesn’t work, unplug throttle and restart bike to see if throttle is bad. If error still persists, test with new controller. |
23; Motor open-phase error |
Error between battery and controller or controller and motor. Check battery contacts and motor cable on chainstay for damage. If neither is damaged, try new motor cable or plug the motor directly into controller. If error still persists, try with new controller. |
24; Motor Hall Signal Error |
Error between motor and controller. Check motor cable on chain-stay for damage. If no damage, test with new cable or plug motor directly into controller. If error persists, test with new controller. If there is an error still, test with new motor. |
25; Brake abnormality |
Blix Bike may have been turned on with brakes applied. Turn bike off, make sure brakes are not applied, turn bike back on. If no resolution, unplug each brake by itself and restart bike for each brake to see which brake is causing the error. If error persists after both have been unplugged, try new controller. |
30; Communication abnormality |
Error between display and controller. Check display and display cable for damage. If no damage, unplug the display and plug the display back in, making sure to align the arrows on the outside of the cable so they are facing each other. If error persists, test with new controller. |
