Warranty Terms and Process
Warranty is activated after registering your Blix here.
Blix accessories are covered under one (1) year limited warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, negligence, misuse, improper assembly, damage due to an accident or abuse. All Blix X models are covered under One (2) year comprehensive warranty after the date of bike registration or delivery for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Proof of original purchase is required to validate the coverage period. Any costs associated with services for warranties that are not confirmed and approved by Blix prior to work being done will be the customer's sole responsibility to cover. The warranty cannot be transferred to a new individual.
All Blix bikes before the current X models are covered under One (1) year comprehensive warranty after the date of bike registration or delivery for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. This Warranty Covers:
- Frame and all components of the bike
- Paint and decals
- Motor, battery, charger, display, and controller panel
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear of any covered component
- Improper maintenance
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with Blix bikes
- Theft or loss
Delivery Costs:
- End-User is responsible for all costs of Risk & Loss associated with delivery of warranted goods for warranty repair or replacement to Seller.
- Seller is responsible for all costs of Risk & Loss associated with delivery of repaired or replaced goods to End-User.
Warranty period for bikes purchased on or before July 1, 2019:
- Three (3) years: Frame and rigid front forks, excluding suspension forks.
- Two (2) years: Motor, battery, display, controller panel.
- One (1) year: Paint finish and decals. Suspension forks. All other electrical components and parts. All accessories, including chargers.

In order to activate your warranty, it is necessary to follow these steps below:
1) First, register your bike(s) with us. Below is a link that will take you directly to our registration form: https://blixbike.wufoo.com/forms/register-your-blix/
2) Once your bike(s) is registered, fill out a Warranty and Technical Support form here. Please be sure to include a photo or video of the behavior you are experiencing in this form, as this will help our technical support team provide you with the best course of action moving forward.
