We want you to absolutely love any Blix product you have purchased! That being said, if you have anything you would like to return, you can fill out a return request form here.
Once the return is approved you will be provided a prepaid return shipping label. Funds are refunded once item(s) are received and processed.

Items must be in original packaging, unused and in new condition. For returns that include a battery, the associated keys must be also returned. If you lost the key, please let us know.
Items that are non-returnable:
- Damaged, Used/Not New Condition.
- Dirty, Used/Not New Condition.
- Items in Non-Original Packaging.
- Item(s) Past 30-Day Return Period
- Items(s) Purchased Through a 3rd Party (Dealers, Other Customers, etc).
- Item(s) Sent Back Without Blix’s Written Consent
- Any Special/Offer With Terms of That Sale Being Final.
Any returns that are approved are subject to a restocking fee and/or a shipping fee. The following applicable fees are:
- BIKES - 25% Restocking fee as well as a $150 shipping fee.
- ACCESSORIES - 25% Restocking fee; customer pays to ship.
