Return Terms and Process
We want you to absolutely love any Blix product you have purchased! That being said, if you find yourself displeased with any of our products, you can fill out a return request form here. (Make sure to take a photo of the original package to ensure a thorough return request)
Tips for Filling out Return Request Form
- Take a clear photo or video of the returning package.
- Provide us with a valid and clear reason for the return, so we can take the right steps to better our product!
- Read terms below for non eligible returns
- Allow 1-2 days for processing your return
Once the return is approved you will be provided a prepaid return shipping label. We will then proceed with refunds once item(s) are received and processed.
Blix has a 30-day return period from time of shipment for any orders. To see the full Returns and Exchanges terms, click here.
Items must be in original packaging, unused and in new condition. For returns that include a battery, the associated keys must be also returned. If you lost the key, please let us know.
Items that are non-returnable:
- Damaged, Used/Not New Condition.
- Dirty, Used/Not New Condition.
- Items in Non-Original Packaging.
- Item(s) Past 30-Day Return Period
- Items(s) Purchased Through a 3rd Party (Dealers, Other Customers, etc).
- Item(s) Sent Back Without Blix’s Written Consent
- Any Special/Offer With Terms of That Sale Being Final.
Any returns that are approved are subject to a RESTOCKING FEE and/or a SHIPPING FEE. The following applicable fees are:
- BIKES - 25% Restocking fee as well as a $150 shipping fee.
- ACCESSORIES - 25% Restocking fee; customer pays to ship.
