Shipping Terms and Process
Blix Bikes are currently available to ship only in the United States. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states! We currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Unfortunately, we are also unable to ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. FedEx or UPS, our delivery carrier, only ships to physical addresses.
Once the order has been placed, you can generally expect your item to be delivered within 5-10 business days after receiving your shipping notification, though timing may vary depending on weather and other factors.
Expected Shipping Quote
We estimate when items will ship based on information we’re receiving on a daily basis, and we regularly update this ship date or time frame on the website. While there are things outside of our control, and delays may occur, we always provide the latest information on all our products.
Global Shipping Issues
You may see current ship quotes that are longer than usual. This is due to the global supply chain and shipping issues facing nearly every industry today. The estimates shown are to the best of our knowledge and are regularly updated anytime we receive new information. We care very much about getting your order to you as fast as possible and are making every adjustment we can to make that happen.
When making a backorder purchase online, full payment is required for us to hold this item for you. Once the item has become available, your order will ship and be delivered. If you were to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund.
Returns on Backorders
All items that are purchased as a backorder, are subject to a 14-day return window that begins when the item is shipped, not the purchase date as listed in Blix's standard return policy. We require that the bicycle is in new condition, meaning free from any scratches or damages, and in the original packaging. To review all other details for returns, please view here.
We always recommend keeping the original packaging of your order for up to 30 days after receiving it in case any issues arise.
All bike shipments require a signature upon delivery. If the estimated FedEx or UPS delivery date does not work for you, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager if the item was shipped with FedEx. This allows you to redirect the delivery to one of their participating partner stores or place a temporary hold on the delivery.
For any cancelations, you have the option to cancel/refund your order at any time as long as the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If the order has already been shipped or has a shipping label affixed, you can contact our team to request a return for the item. Further information can be viewed in our full return policy here.
