Shipping Terms and Process
Blix Bikes are currently available to ship in the United States. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states! We do not currently offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
Once the order has been placed, you can generally expect your item to be delivered within 5-10 business days after receiving your shipping notification, though time may vary depending on weather and shipping restrictions.
Due to COVID-19, some shipments may be delayed, but we work closely with our partners at FedEx and USPS to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
If you have purchased an item that is currently on backorder, we are working with our suppliers to get your order to you as soon as possible. Backordered items typically ship as soon as we receive them in our warehouse, and are shipped to the customer in the order in which they were received. Most Backordered items will list the anticipated shipping date at the time of purchase, but if you have any questions on an estimated shipping date, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
We always recommend keeping the original packaging of your order for up to 30 days after receiving it in case any issues arise, though most issues can be solved by contacting our world-class support team at support@blixbike.com.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. FedEx, our delivery carrier, only ships to physical addresses and requires a direct signature.
