Blix Front Rack Installation Instructions

Compatibility: The Blix Platform is designed to be used with any of our 2019 or later models with headtube mounting points.

Hardware: 

3 x M8 20mm Socket Cap Screw (A)

3 x Washer (B)

2 x M5 50mm Half-Round Head Screw (C)

2 x M5 30mm Half-Round Head Screw (D)

4 x Washer (E)

4 x Nut (F)

Tools: 

3mm Allen Key (G)

5mm Allen Key (H)

6mm Allen Key (I)

8mm/10mm Combination Wrench (J)

Instructions: 

1. Remove The Head Tube Badge: Use the 5mm Allen Key (H) to remove the three screws holding the Blix Head Tube Badge.

2. Attach The Front Rack: Line up the three holes on the Front Rack with the three holes on the head tube mounting point, and insert the three M8 20mm Screws (A), using one washer (B) each. Screw these in evenly using the 6mm Allen Key (I)

3. Additional Hardware: Use the additional hardware to install other accessories on the Front Rack. The M5 50mm Screws (C) can be installed on the front two holes, and the M5 30mm Screws (D) can be used on the four rear holes. To install these screws, use one washer (E) each, and one nut (F) each underneath the rack using the 3mm Allen Key (G) on the screw and the 8mm side of the Combination Wrench (J) on the nut.
