Blix has a partnership with Extend to offer an Extended Protection Plan that covers your bike in the case of mechanical or electrical breakdowns, including breakdowns due to normal wear and tear.
What’s included in the Extended Protection Plan?
The Extended Protection Plan covers your purchase from:
- Base coverage protects against mechanical or electrical failure of a product during normal use or due to a power surge
- Accidental damage for the term of your Extend protection plan.
Are batteries covered?
Yes, under Extend the batteries are covered under the protection plan.
Does the Extended Protection Plan provide coverage for theft or lost items?
No, this Extended Protection Plan does not cover loss or theft

You will file a claim either through the Extend call center at 877-248-7707 or online in the Extend Claims Portal.

Is there a deductible?
There are no deductibles.
Is the Extended Protection Plan transferable?
Yes, you can transfer your Extend warranty by emailing Support@Extend.com or calling Extend directly at 877-248-7707.
Can the Extended Protection Plan be canceled?
Yes, a contract can be canceled within 30 days of purchase. If you need to cancel the Extended Protection Plan, please contact Blix to begin this process.
