Track My Order
Tracking information for your order will be available through the Track My Order page once your order has been received and processed for shipping at our California facility. You can track your order through that page using your email address and order number (Example C#0000). Or, you can track through the FedEx or USPS website by entering your tracking number. If you are having issues with this please give our support line a call at 855-655-2549 and our team will be happy to look into your order.
Please be aware that due to global delays beyond our control, shipping times may be longer than usual. Know that we are doing our best to give you accurate estimates for delivery, but it is not always possible to give an exact timeline. If you have received a tracking number for your order, but it shows that your order has not yet left our facility, this means we are currently waiting for the carrier to pick up the shipment. Carriers may also be experiencing national delays, but the shipment should leave our facility in 1-2 business days. Find out about FedEx delays here.
