Does a child seat fit on the extended rear rack of the Packa Genie?

If you have a little one that requires a child seat, good news! The Packa Genie is compatible with a few different child seats. Our customers have often said good things about the Thule Yepp 2 Maxi child seat in particular. From what we understand, you may need a Thule EasyFit adapter in conjunction with the seats to fit properly. Since no two riders are the same, we recommend testing the seat if possible to ensure that it works for both you and your child. There are likely other rear-mounted seats that would work with the Packa Genie, but we suggest double-checking if the dimensions of the mounting hardware would be compatible with the rear rack of your Blix.

*Frame mounted child seats are NOT compatible with any Blix models due to the frame design.

*Front mounted child seats are NOT compatible with any Blix models due to the handlebar design.

Please note: Due to the construction of the bike, we recommend that all young children be placed in a child seat for their safety.
