Battery Key Set Replacement

If you have misplaced your keys, a replacement set of keys can be ordered from Blix Support. Be sure to have your proof of purchase and your bike’s serial number on hand when you contact us. The cost for a key is $49 not including tax or shipping costs. Once an order has been placed it takes around 1-2 weeks to ship.   

To find your key number, check the lock on your battery. The lock should have a code that looks something like “A097,” for example (this may vary from model to model).
