Booking your appointment
Your Blix is on the way! Once your tracking info is available, click the booking link in your shipping confirmation email to book your assembly appointment. Enter your order details, tracking number, estimated delivery date, and then select an appointment date and location of your choice. Be sure to book a separate appointment for each bike that you’ve purchased a Velofix assembly service for!
Rescheduling your appointment
If you’ve booked your assembly appointment but need to reschedule, you can contact Velofix directly and book a new date.
